For those of you who have never gone on a retreat before, or do not understand the difference between a retreat and a vacation, I dedicate this blog to you. First let's go over some differences between a retreat and a vacation. Retreats are generally themed i.e. adventure retreat, spa retreat, meditation retreat, yoga retreat etc. and there's so many out there that you can find a retreat to fit your style and
