Breathe in Retreat
Relax. Rejuvenate. Reset.
*We just ran this retreat! Stay tuned for the next time we run this one!*
Join Lindsay Kuipers next summer for a relaxing yoga retreat up in the Muskokas. Enjoy daily yoga, meditation, fire-pit storytelling, a nature hike, swimming, and more.
Meet like-minded people and have a wonderful weekend full of healthy and delicious food.
Life is a wild ride, but it doesn't always have to be like that. The purpose of 'Breathe in Retreat' is to relax, rejuvenate, and reset. Our daily lives are full of distractions, giant to-do lists and a never ending supply of stressful situations. This is why retreats are a must in today's society, and why our focus and purpose revolve around your health and your reconnection to your inner peace.
Being so far up North and away from city life is already relaxing enough. Having 180 degrees of waterfront view takes it to the next level.
Meditative Nature Hike
You will also have a generous amount of free time, as there is nothing more relaxing than the freedom of doing what you want.
Feel free to enjoy a good book, swimming, kayaking/canoeing, connecting with fellow retreaters, or napping on a tree. We won't judge.
Escape the City.
This cozy cottage retreat will take place in the Muskoka's, a beautiful picturesque scene full of wildlife and mother nature.
