Whether your at home, at a hotel or half-way across the world, as long as you have internet and a webcam you can do this class. This class is meant to be super accommodating and flexible. This class is just like following a YouTube video online, except you can ask questions, see if you're doing the pose correctly and tailor each session to fit your needs and goals. Go ahead and treat yourself to some online yoga!

Cancelation Policy

To avoid being charged, please inform the yoga instructor at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes. A $20.00 charge may apply if not informed properly.
